We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular account payments all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from Cleverhood. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Shipping
Cleverhood ships from the US to the world! Items ship promptly – typically within 1 business day after you have made your purchase and the funds have been received.
Changes and Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.
Returns
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You may return or exchange unused items within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. We’ll even reimburse you for reasonable return shipping charges (no priority mailing please). If you have further questions please contact us.
